1. Services 

Tracey Spencer is to provide 3 hours of copywriting services. This includes a 45 minute zoom call with client prior to commencing for us to discuss clients creative projects, visions, content desires and to begin the writing process together. 

Unless advised otherwise, the client will receive the deliverables from Tracey via a Google Drive folder within 3-4 business days after the initial kick-off call (Monday-Friday, weekends excluded)

Client will receive the following deliverables:

  • 3-5 written social media content posts aligned with upcoming offerings, services, launches or to support the overall brand messaging in the form of carousel or long and short form post captions.

  • 2 x edited and completed launch emails OR 1 x edited and updated sales page upon oral agreement of clients selection.

  • Client will also receive a word document containing a list of topic ideas, one-liners, hook headlines, post ideas in their own language and phrases to use at their discretion for future content.

Please note, within this 3 hour package Tracey Spencer is NOT creating and writing entire sales page copy or full email sequences, this is a collaborative effort where clients must bring 50% completed email drafts or sales page drafts and their own ideas, and Tracey is to help with the final completed written content. 

2 Fees 

This 3 hour Authentic AF Online Collaborative Copywriting 3 hours package is $497.00 AUD to be paid in full. The fee for services is to be paid at the time of booking using the Stripe link provided. Through the acceptance of these terms & conditions, you acknowledge and understand that you are fully responsible for the payment of the full cost of the Services listed above, even if you decide to terminate this Agreement or decide not to use the work provided. 

3. Refunds/Cancellation 

Due to the nature of the services provided, all sales are final and I maintain a strict no refund policy on this. If you decide that you no longer wish to continue with the Services, you may cancel this Agreement, but no refund will be issued, and you will still be financially responsible for the entire Service fee. 

4. Client Responsibilities 

To ensure you get the most out of our time together, you will receive a questionnaire at the time of booking your kick off call. You must complete the questionnaire, partake in a 45 minute zoom kick off call and respond to all requests for further information in a timely fashion. Requests could be in the form of voice messages, email or google doc comments that you will be notified of via email. 

5. Process and Revisions 

After our 45 minute kick off call, I will begin working on your content. If needed or desired on your behalf, we may touch base via Zoom to review progress, collaborate, and answer any questions that may have come up if I feel I do not have adequate information to complete the task. 

I will make final edits before sending the google documents your way, but beyond this, revisions are not included in this contract. 

6. My Responsibilities 

I agree to provide you with professional service at all times and to regularly check email and respond to your emails in a timely fashion. 

I also agree to adhere to the turnaround time set forth in this Agreement and to respect the confidentiality of any information you provide, unless we both agree otherwise. 

I certify that all work in my final delivered work product is my own work and that it does not infringe upon any copyright or other intellectual property rights of any third party. 

7. Non-Disparagement 

We both agree not to make statements orally or in writing that may be construed as negative or damaging to the other party’s reputation. 

8. Limitation of Liability 

If I am too ill or become injured and cannot supply the services specified in this Agreement, my liability is limited to refunding your payment as soon as possible. 

9. Force Majeure 

If I cannot perform my responsibilities under this Agreement due to a casualty, severe illness, strike or other civil disturbances, Acts of God, including but not limited to terrorism or other causes beyond the control of the parties, then I shall return any money paid by you, but shall have no further liability with respect to this Agreement.

 

10. Governing Law 

This Agreement shall be construed under and governed in accordance with the laws of the state of Western Australia. 

11. Entire Agreement 

This Agreement contains the entire understanding of the obligations of the Parties. There are no other promises, agreements, warranties, or representations other than those expressly stated in this Agreement.
